Q:  How do I place an order?  Please call or fill out the form on my contact page.  After we connect I will send further ordering instructions.

Q: How long do orders take? Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after receiving the flowers.  I can occasionally accomodate 2 week express orders, so please ask.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?  Yes. I offer Venmo payments and online invoicing using PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account set up to use my invoice. Alternately, You can send a check along with your flowers for the total amount, or a 50 percent deposit with the balance due prior to shipping.  The 50 percent down is non refundable once I begin making the beads.

Q: Do you serve clients nationwide?  Yes.

Q: Can you accept both fresh and dried flowers? Yes, but the 4-6 week wait time will begin only once the flowers are dry enough to work with.  Please note that all flowers, especially fresh ones, must be sent in paper bags, not plastic.

Q: Do you kiln dry your beads?  No.  All beads are air dried.  Kiln drying will turn the flowers to ash, I aim to preserve the integrity of your sentimental flowers.

Q: What kind of flowers can be used?  I prefer roses, but any type can be used.

Q: How many flowers do you need?  Ideally petals from about six roses are necessary to process, but I can use as little as a few petals. If you only have one flower or a few petals I will ask you to send me a few extra flowers from your own garden, another event, or ask you buy some of a similar color from the florist to send along with  your order.   I can also provide some from my local florist for a nominal charge.

Q: Do the petals stay in tact?  No.  Once dry they are powdered and turned into a paste before I gently knead them into beads.  All left over powder will be sent back to you for any future orders you may want to place.

Q: Does the age of the flower matter?  Not at all, but I cannot accept molded flowers.  It is important to store all flowers in a paper bag - never plastic - to prevent from molding.

Q: Is it O.K. if my flowers have been frozen?  Yes, but please thaw and dry completely before shipping to prevent mold.  Air drying them and then placing them in a paper bag is best.   They will mold in plastic bags.

Q: Can you teach me your technique?  The special technique I use is a family tradition that has been passed down to me. I honor a family agreement to not reveal our technique because it is unique compared to all others out there. We do not Kiln fire them, but they will take extreme force to break similar to a kiln dried bead.

Q: I don't have any sentimental flowers. Can I still order your jewelry?  Yes, I can provide flowers for a nominal charge.

Q: Do you work with funeral flowers.  Yes, I often receive ceremonial flowers or flowers from passed loved ones tendered gardens ~ or as a symbol ~ a favorite flower of a loved one.   I have many clients who have purchased such keepsakes for themselves, as well as those who have placed orders to give as memorial gifts to their close friends and family members.

Q:  Do the beads retain their scent?  No.

Q:  Do you ever work with other plants?  Yes, depending on the makeup of the plant.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?  Yes.  A gift card is available explaining the custom nature of my jewelry.

Q:  How do I ship my product?  Please contact me first.  I will email mailing instructions along with the order form.
